This is in the part of Seattle that is underground. They raised the city up one story or so after poop geysers started gushing out of toilets due to "technical difficulties" (i.e. little forethought, laziness, and a complete lack of civil engineering).

The rubble in this photo looks so extremely debris-esque that it almost looks like a Hollywood fabricated set for one of the classic disaster movies of the 70's.
Sam's was always known for its hamburgers and cutting edge nuclear fusion technology. Sadly, one of the two put an end to Sam's and scientists have still not determined which is the culprit.
